Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel provided me with a great stay at a very competitive price. The staff were helpful, and the hotel location was convenient for transportation. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Spending Christmas at the hotel was a great decision! the room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of sights and sounds to explore.

That some of the rooms were different sizes for the same price, which seemed unfair. the cleanliness could have been improved, and it would have been great to have air-conditioning controls in the room.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to some old houses. the bread omelette and poha breakfast options were somewhat satisfying. Staff were helpful, if not always smiling. the room dimension and charge were inconsistent.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par with our expectations. We noticed flaky paint in the room, and the air-conditioner controls were missing.
